Qingdao Chengfa Rubber is a specialized manufacturer of tires and inner tubes for light trucks, agriculture, motorcycles and wheelbarrows. With a factory covering an area of 40,000 square meters, employing 300 workers including 50 technicians, and more than 200 high-level operators and five engineers, we can produce more than 50 models of motorcycle tires, 20 models of wheelbarrow tires and 100 models of rubber wheels.
With over 20 production lines and equipment imported from Germany, our factory can produce 600,000 inner tubes and 300,000 tires every month. In addition, motorcycle and wheelbarrow tires and tubes can be produced at the same time, ensuring timely satisfaction of customer needs. Having 30 raw material suppliers which have been cooperating with us for 10 years, we can control our cost effectively. We can design five to 10 new patterns every month as well.
